We were in an excellent and perfect location around 10-15 minutes walk from Anne of Cleves House. It was about 25 km from the airport.

The room is super clean and comes with kitchenettes and two separate beds, which is great. There's also an amazing selection of meals to choose from, and the food is fantastic! 🍽️.

All in all a fairly nice stay, the venue met expectation. Would definitely book here again, the hotel was clean, and location very near to the old town was particularly good and magnificent. Location: the venue was right by prepared on time, very useful outdoor garden, and the Via Francigena. Found Symposium with perfect drinks 200 metres away...

The location was fantastic since it was right next to Piazza dell'Anfiteatro and San Michele, which are both in the heart of the city. Plus, there was a café nearby for breakfast! ☕️.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Lucca. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. the manager, Alessio, was incredibly helpful and had a good understanding of English. the rooms were cleaned daily and were quite comfortable. the location, just outside the city walls, was perfect for a leisurely walk back from the city center after a day of exploring. there were plenty of pizzerias and bars nearby for great dining options, so we didn't have to venture far for delicious food. I also appreciated the included breakfast voucher, which could be redeemed at a nearby pasticceria/bar for tasty sandwiches and pastries. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Lucca. Cons: For us, the stay was ideal. 👍.

I loved how the staff kindly forced me to inform them in advance when I would arrive outside of their opening hours. They were also super helpful in providing me with maps and information on the area. And let's not forget the thrill of biking around on their free bicycles!
Oh, the joy of having all guests, including children, present at check-in. Such a peaceful and quiet experience.

The rooms at Affittacamere Arancio are cozy and comfortable, perfect for a family like us. We loved the fact that each room has its own TV, so we could unwind and watch our favorite shows. The private bathroom with a shower and hairdryer added to the convenience. Some rooms even had a seating area where we could relax after a day of exploring Lucca. And the triple room with a balcony was a cherry on top, giving us a lovely view and a place to enjoy our tea or coffee.
Personally, we found the shared bathroom a slight inconvenience, but we understand that it's a subjective opinion and some guests might not mind.

The hotel's decoration was charming and created a cozy atmosphere that made me feel right at home. The common areas were beautifully adorned with delicate curtains, plush armchairs, and antique furniture, which added a touch of elegance to the whole experience. As a senior woman, I appreciated the accessibility of the hotel, as it had spacious hallways and a conveniently located elevator that made it easy for me to navigate around the premises.
The only thing I would ask for a better vacation for senior people is for the staff to be a bit more attentive and considerate towards our needs. Although the children working there were polite and helpful, I would have preferred if they took the time to assist us with our luggage upon arrival without us having to ask.
